The Diasec system

Using plexiglass for presenting photos and artworks, known as the Diasec system, has been a popular and reliable method for many years. This system offers several advantages, including:

Protection
Plexiglass protects photos from UV light, dust, and other harmful elements, thereby extending the lifespan of the image.
Aesthetics
It provides a sleek, modern appearance, keeping the focus entirely on the image. The clear finish enhances the colors and details of the photo.
Durability
Plexiglass is strong and less breakable than traditional glass, making it ideal for large and heavy works.
Lightweight
Despite its durability, plexiglass is lighter than glass, making it easier to transport and hang artworks.

The Diasec “Budget” exists in 2 versions

Diasec Budget uses an economical Fine-Art Paper of 230 gr/m². It has a good white base and has an ISO 9706 certificate, which in combination with our Epson HD Pigment inks is colorfast for several years. The result is much more beautiful and ecological than photo paper that is developed in chemicals and is currently a prohibited production method. Diasec is an ecological way to attach the image side to a plexiglass. Diasec provides a sharper image with more intense color saturations.

You can add White Borders of different widths when ordering online

You can choose from the following widths:
2 - 3 - 5 - 8 - 10 - 12 and 15 cm.

The white border is added to your image. So nothing of your original image will be cropped.White borders cannot be added over the maximum size. (max. 120 cm width)
