How to properly hang a work of art on the wall:

The Wall Slat

Our wall slats have 2 specific sides.

• A: The narrower side ensures that you can hang the work perfectly vertically if your wall is flat.
  
  
• B: Use the wider side if your wall is not completely flat. With the wider side you can hang the work a little further from the wall while still guaranteeing a vertical hanging.

The importance of using our professional wall slat and hanging systems ensures that the work always hangs perfectly vertically, completely parallel to the wall and that the system lasts a long time without sagging or coming loose from the work.

What to pay attention to when installing the wall slat :

It's also important to hang the wall slat perfectly horizontally.

1. To do this, first attach the slat to the wall with a single screw in one of the holes of your choice.
   
   
2. Next, use a spirit level to make the batten perfectly level and mark the location for the second screw.
   
   
3. Secure the slat with the second screw.

Professional Hanging Systems

Correctly hung

The hanging system (hidden aluminium hanging frame or frame with integrated suspension) is correctly hung here. The work hangs perfectly parallel to the wall.

 

 

Badly hung

The hanging system (hidden aluminium hanging frame or frame with integrated suspension) is NOT hung correctly here. The work does not hang perfectly parallel to the wall but forms an angle with the wall, causing the hanging to eventually come loose because a combination of 2 tensile forces is created.
