1. You Order a Gift Box :

This gift voucher has a delivery time of approximately one week after receipt of payment.
You can also order it together with a production.

If the voucher needs to be shipped separately, shipping costs will be charged.
The shipping cost varies depending on the destination.

We can also deliver the voucher directly to the recipient on your behalf.

All details can be entered conveniently during the ordering process.

 

2. Order a downloadable gift voucher

This downloadable gift voucher is available immediately after payment and saves you shipping costs.
It’s the perfect solution if you need it urgently or want to send the voucher yourself by e-mail.

Please note: the beautiful free gift box is not included with this option.

 

How the ordering procedure works

1. Select the value of your gift voucher from one of the two options and complete your order.
   You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail.

2. Next, you will receive an e-mail from planning@authenticphoto.com with the correct price, including shipping costs if you chose physical delivery in a gift box.
   This e-mail also contains all the information regarding available payment methods.

When ordering a gift box:
After receipt of payment, the box will be shipped.
Inside, you will find a pre-filled voucher with its value, order code, and validity period.

When ordering a downloadable gift voucher:
After receipt of payment, you will receive the value, order code, and validity period by e-mail.
You can then download and complete your digital gift voucher.

Using the gift voucher

You can redeem your gift voucher online, by e-mail, or in person at our showroom in Brussels for any of our productions and photo books.

During an online order, you can enter the gift voucher code in the designated field at checkout. The amount will be automatically deducted from your total order.

• Partial use of the voucher is not possible, but it can be applied to part of an order.

• Refunds or cash payments for the voucher are not possible.

• The gift voucher is valid for 1 year.

Please note: we cannot send reminder emails for unused vouchers, as we do not know the end recipient.
