How does direct printing on wood work?
With this technique, the image is printed directly onto a birch plywood panel. The natural wood grain remains visible in the lighter areas of the image, giving each print a warm and authentic appearance.
The interaction between the image and the wood structure makes every piece unique. Natural imagery, soft colours and graphic designs are particularly well suited to this material.

Image optimisation by our technicians
Our technicians can manually check your image and optimise its colour, contrast and sharpness.
This option is particularly useful for large formats, older photos, scans or images whose quality you are unsure about.
For strong enlargements, the online ordering system may automatically select this option. The optimisation itself is always carried out manually in our workshop.
Review your image with our technicians
You can visit our lab by appointment to review your image together with our technicians. We assess the image on a professional screen. Colour, contrast, sharpness and the overall image rendering can be discussed and, if necessary, adjusted before production starts.
Hanging system
Ready to hang
Integrated and secure hanging system
Each wood print is supplied with two strong plastic hanging systems. These are carefully pressed into specially milled recesses on the back of the wooden panel.
The integrated hooks at the top allow the image to be hung easily from two wall screws or hooks. Firmly anchored in the panel, the hanging systems cannot come loose.
The two fixing points ensure stable suspension while keeping the image perfectly parallel to the wall. The system is discreet, reliable and fully integrated into the wooden panel.
