Based on the detailed project plan prepared by photographer-curator Danny Willems, we developed a production schedule. All production stages, responsibilities, deadlines and technical considerations were defined in advance. This schedule served as the guideline for the entire execution of the project.

A print schedule was prepared covering all images, formats and finishes. Proof prints, consultation moments and quality checks with the photographer were planned in advance, allowing the final production to proceed efficiently and under full control.

In our workshop, each work was finished according to the agreed specifications, framed where required and fitted with the appropriate hanging system. We also took into account transport, installation order and the way each work would ultimately be presented in the exhibition.

Each work was securely protected and provided with a clear identification label including the image reference and installation information. This allowed the installation team to identify each work without opening the packaging beforehand and take it directly to the correct location.

Thanks to the identification and placement information on each package, the installation could be carried out quickly and in a structured manner. The works only needed to be unpacked once they had reached their final position before being hung.
